Arcadia

A place to hand off work, keep context,
and come back without starting over.

01 Memory

Once said.
Still understood.

I shouldn't have to explain myself every time. Arcadia brings relevant preferences and past decisions into a new conversation, so an answer can reflect what I said weeks ago.

Catch me up on the board thread.

Arcadia Earlier preference recalled

Two changes since Tuesday. The vote moved to the 19th, and the venue confirmed. Nothing else in that thread is new.

02 Action

It does
the work.

A conversation can start research, open a browser, or put a job to work on my computer. I can follow it and steer.

One request, from conversation to result.

Tyler

Research local companies that might fit my consulting work. Keep the sources so I can review them.

I'll follow the sources.

Read public sources, keep the evidence behind each finding, and bring back a list I can check.

03 Initiative

Quiet, until
it matters.

Arcadia checks for changes on a schedule and compares them with what it already knows. Most checks stay quiet. An update that needs my attention brings it back to the conversation.

Most checks should end in silence.

Nothing needs my attention.

Arcadia

The venue confirmed for the 19th. That was the last open item in the board thread.

A useful update, without another prompt.

04 One system

Different ways in.
The same Arcadia.

Messages, voice requests, and scheduled jobs reach the same system. Arcadia selects the relevant context and tools, then brings the result back to the conversation.

One task can move between tools.

Click a node to explore. Drag to move it.

Private and shared conversations keep their own boundaries.

The person behind it

What I build.

I define how the parts work together, use coding agents to help implement them, and test them in my daily work.

My contribution is the agents, plugins, scheduled jobs, and behavior around them: what to remember, when to get in touch, and how to recover when a tool fails.

OpenClaw provides the underlying runtime. The AI models and computer-use tools come from their respective providers.
