You might have an AI tool your team has bought but barely uses, a report someone rebuilds every week, or a system that keeps failing. You do not need to arrive with a technical specification. Start with what is happening and what you want to change.

AI is my specialization. It may be part of the system we put to work, or part of how I investigate and solve the problem. The approach depends on what the work needs.

We find the real problem

I start by understanding who does the work, where the information comes from, and where the process gets stuck. We look at the tools you already have and what you have tried.

Together, we define what an improvement would look like. That could mean less time rebuilding a report, fewer manual steps, or a system that handles the cases it is supposed to handle. We put the problem and the result we want into a short written brief.

We agree on a useful first step

I compare the practical options and recommend what to configure, build, or leave alone. Sometimes the useful answer is to change the process or make better use of an existing tool.

Before implementation, we agree on the scope, the result to test, and the points where you need to review the work. The recommendation also names what the project does not cover.

I build it and you test it

I use coding agents and other tools to help implement the agreed solution. You see it working at checkpoints and try it on realistic cases. We test the uncertain and failure cases alongside the straightforward ones.

For a workflow that affects customers or acts on your behalf, we agree on what needs a person's approval. A working demonstration is a step toward a useful system; it still needs to hold up in the setting where you will use it.

I hand it over and train your team

The handoff includes written instructions and a walkthrough with the people who will use the result. Accounts and final permissions stay under your control.

We make clear who owns the work after delivery and what to do when something needs attention. Any continuing support needs an agreed scope of its own.

What needs to stay clear

For AI and automation work, we agree on the information the tool can use, the actions it may take, and the exceptions a person must handle. Prices, availability, and policy need approved sources and checks before they reach a customer.

Some work needs a different specialist. I do not take on licensed accounting, tax, or legal work, security certification, large enterprise platform engineering, or projects involving regulated or highly sensitive data. I will say so early if the request falls outside my scope.
